Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Typically 3-5 working days from dispatch. Orders are processed within 1-2 working days before that. Each product page gives the timescale for that specific item.

How much is delivery?

Standard UK delivery is £3.95, and free on orders over £30.

Where do you ship from?

A UK warehouse, sent out by UK couriers including Royal Mail, Yodel and Amazon Logistics. If any product ever ships from overseas, we will state it clearly on the product page before you buy.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Not at the moment. We are UK only while we get the basics right.

Does delivery take longer to some parts of the UK?

Yes. The Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands can take 1-3 working days longer.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will get a dispatch email with a tracking number once your order leaves the warehouse. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to start updating.

My order has not arrived. What now?

If it is more than 10 working days past the latest estimate, email gowads047@gmail.com with your order number. We will chase it and put it right. You can also cancel at any point before delivery and we will refund you in full.

Returns and refunds

Can I change my mind?

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to cancel for any reason, and a further 14 days to send the item back. You pay return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

What if something arrives faulty or wrong?

We refund you in full including postage, and we cover the cost of returning it. Send us a photo where you can, as it often means we can put things right without you posting anything back.

Is anything excluded from returns?

By law the 14-day cancellation right does not cover personalised items, sealed hygiene or grooming products once opened, or perishable goods. It never affects your rights if an item is faulty.

Products

What size bed does my dog need?

Measure your dog from nose to base of tail and add 15-20cm. Every bed listing gives exact dimensions rather than vague size labels, because one brand's large is another brand's medium.

Are your toys indestructible?

No, and nobody's are. Each listing says what the toy is built for. Supervise play and replace anything that starts to come apart.

Do you sell pet food?

Not currently. We sell toys, beds, feeders, bowls and accessories for cats and dogs.

Can you advise on my pet's health?

No. We are a shop, not a veterinary practice, and nothing on this site is veterinary advice. Please speak to your vet.
